Workflow Email / Communication Enhancement

Beginning Monday, April 3, 2017 we will be introducing an exciting new enhancement for all OSM agencies who are using the New UI!　

A few of those updates are:

• Ability to send emails directly from workflow from within Accela
• Every workflow email will be saved with the record on the Communications page for reference

With the addition of this enhancement, it will be even more critical to maintain to your user profile information. AdminDaily users can maintain this information for their designated agency or submit a ticket for ePermitting staff to update user information by emailing ePermitsHelp.BCD@oregon.gov.
