Permit Will Not Issue

If a permit will not issue, a pop-up with an error message will appear. This pop-up will have an explanation of why the permit did not issue.

As the error message can be difficult to decipher, please use the following common errors that prevent a permit from issuing:

• The Address and/or Owner is missing
• There are outstanding or new fees
• There are pending inspections
• An ASI field is missing

You can check for these missing fields by selecting Record Summary in the Navigation Pane.
