2019 Planning Tracking New Workflow Statuses

The following are new statuses added to the Planning Tracking record:

TASK	NEW STATUS	FLOW ETC.
Application Intake	Issue Permit/Decision	Will update the first issued date (if it is null to begin with) Will launch the "permit report" - TBD Will close the Application Intake task Will close the Close Out task with a status of Decision/Permit Issued Update closed date
Staff Review	Issue Permit/Decision - Final Insp Not Rqd	Will update the first issued date (if it is null to begin with) Will launch the "permit report" - TBD Will close the Staff Review task Will close the Close Out task with a status of Decision/Permit Issued Update closed date
	Issue Permit/Decision - Final Insp Rqd	Will update the first issued date (if it is null to begin with) Will launch the "permit report" - TBD Staff Review task will remain open
	Final Inspection/Not Approved	Used to indicate that the Final Inspection conditions were not met and customer has an opportunity to remedy any outstanding items Staff Review task remains open
	Final Inspection Complete/Approved	Used to indicate that the Final Inspection was completed and all conditions have been met Will close the Staff Review task Will close the Close Out task with a status of Decision/Permit Issued Update closed date
	Final Inspection Complete/Denied	Used to indicate that the Final Inspection was completed and conditions were not met 　- and cannot be met Will close the Staff Review task Will close the Close Out task with a status of Final Denial Will update closed date
