Hi Pamela, I had two help desk tickets open at the same time and didn't realize it. You will want to add a parcel Attribute to your APO loads. Something like Reimbursement District. One record for each Parcel number. I will create a parcel condition script, that will set a condition on any permit record that uses any of the parcels with that attribute with a value of 'Y'.
