If your agency has moved, or updated phone numbers, email addresses and/or web addresses for any modules, please fill out the Agency Contact Submittal for the module(s) you need updated.
These updates will be reflected in the header of all reports, including permits, applications, receipts, invoices, inspection results, etc.
Point Of Sale submittal needs to also be sent in if there are any changes to Building contact info that you would like updated to reflect on the POS receipt, as Building contact info is the default for the POS receipt report. You can also customize the POS receipt header by completing the Point of Sale submittal.
