Troubleshooting Tips:
- Records will not return in the app if they have the following status: Withdrawn, Void, Closed, Finaled or Expired.
- The app is only able to return records opened 3 years or less, check to be sure your record is not older than 3 years.
- Go to the app store and check for app updates. To check the current version your app is on, open app - in bottom left corner the current version number will show.
- Go to your phone's settings and verify that your phone's software version is up to date.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
