ORinspect (Inspections) App

Please see attachment for general use of the ORinspect App.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Records will not return in the app if they have the following status: Withdrawn, Void, Closed, Finaled or Expired.
  • The app is only able to return records opened 3 years or less, check to be sure your record is not older than 3 years.
  • Go to the app store and check for app updates. To check the current version your app is on, open app - in bottom left corner the current version number will show.
  • Go to your phone's settings and verify that your phone's software version is up to date.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
