Changes in agency Finance Manager/Director impact various configuration items - including, most importantly, the Authorized Signer for the agency Converge online credit card processing account. US Bank Elavon/Converge has a required process for recording this change in people/user.
There are other places in the epermitting system where the Finance Mgr/Dir may be indicated - this Change Request form starts this required change process.
