Bluebeam is the industry leading software for electronic document and plan review. Bluebeam allows you to do plans markup and provides version control.
User licenses are available to all ePermitting participating agencies, based on jurisdiction size, at no charge - these licenses must be requested via a Bluebeam License Form, attached below. To request access and use of Bluebeam for your jurisdiction, submit a helpdesk ticket and completed Bluebeam License Form - to epermitshelp.BCD@dcbs.oregon.gov.
Bluebeam/Electronic Document Review (EDR) training is also available by request, submit a helpdesk ticket to initiate this.
NOTE: Oregon ePermitting does not train on use of the Bluebeam software, we train on mapping the EDR process - using Bluebeam as the review tool - within Accela ePermitting.
