Adding User: Department Not Working

When adding a new user, you need to select a Department. If you do not have "*" in your list of trusted sites, the Department will not work.

To add "*" to your list of trusted sites in Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to "Internet options"
  2. Click the "Security" tab
  3. Click "Trusted sites" check mark
  4. Click the "Sites" button
  5. Type "*"
  6. Uncheck "Require server ver..."
  7. Click "Add"

The Department should work now.
